EXPERIENCE

Eugenia's areas of practice include financial, fiscal impact and economic impact analyses dealing with real estate developments and economic development studies. Eugenia has experience in conducting feasibility, fiscal and economic impact, and financial analyses for the gaming industry, including public sector, private sector and tribal clients.

Eugenia also provides testimony, economic analysis and research for the litigation support division of the firm. Eugenia takes the lead in calculating economic damages due to wrongful termination, wrongful death, and business losses due to business interruption, breach of contract, and patent infringement. Eugenia is bilingual, fluent in both English and Russian.
